A daily Tale

"Huchchoooo..." I jerked open my eyes reluctantly to see a free market outside the window ,having  multiple stalls  at the entrance with noisy service lane around.. Shit...!!!!!!   MY STOP... It suddenly struck me. I looked around and found people departing the office shuttle.. I rushed out of my seat and somehow managed to be the last one to get down. I evaded my friend's sarcastic expression with a faint smile while landing down.. I stood for a while there to recollect past few seconds and began walking towards my PG..

All the daylong tiredness crashes down into a peaceful nap,  the moment music starts flooding my ears piercing the headphone along with the soft breeze. I smiled at my realization .I felt a sudden pull at my dupatta .. No, its not a Bollywood style heroic entry if you are wondering... :P :P Instead I found a kid in rugged clothes asking for money..  clinging to him was a cute little girl peeking from his back while her brother repeated the same lines over and over again.. I felt bad..

"I can buy you food" I offered. A instant wave of emotions reflected in his eyes.. with a hesitating tone,  he blurted out "Please give me money". I had a popcorn packet in my bag . I gave the packet along with 10 rs and started moving. I could see the joy in actions.. The little girl hungrily munched pop cons with a smile on her face.

Smile is contagious sometimes.. it automatically follows when we become the reason behind someones's smile..    but it is equally painful how few morons in our country misuses their innocence and drag them into illegal rackets and pretence,  knowing which we tend to ignore most of them, perhaps also the real ones....
